LID Anniversary

I can't believe it has been 2 years since our dossier was received in China. Our dossier is still in the review room by the way, apparently the April 2007 LIDs have been in the review room for 2 months. So far we have not heard anything from the agency so no news is a good news for us.

We are also in the middle of renewing our homestudy. The adoption practitioner mentioned about the long wait and suggested that if we want, we could switch to special need children. We had been toying with this idea for a while but always decided to just wait for our Faye. So when he mentioned the switch, we knew that we are going to stick to the original plan. To wait for our Faye no matter how long it will take us.
